Al-Hikmat Alumni Network, an association of old students of Al-Hikmat Schools, organized a soul inspiring mentorship program for top level classes in the college on Wednesday 14th September, 2022.
They spoke on all aspects of education and the career prospects and listed opportunities in technology, journalism, engineering, IT etc.
The key points of the career talk are highlighted below:
- The requirements for the different courses.
- List some education sites where students can get materials to enhance their performance.
- Emphasized the importance of discipline and need for high moral standard.
- Need for students to have focus.
- Advised students on how to identify their SWOT; strength, weakness, opportunity & threats.
- Drill them on need for critical thinking, development of writing skills, self confidence, public speaking etc.
- Need for individual time table and time management.
- Motivational talks.
- Finally, to be prayerful and always connect with Allah.
